Have you always wanted to be financially independent? Being financially independent and finding real financial freedom is the dream of a lot of people these days. But you can actually make the journey to financial freedom, and you can do it working for yourself.

When you work for yourself there is no one controlling how much money you can earn except you, so the only person that will keep you from taking the journey to financial freedom is yourself.

There are no limits when you work for yourself. You won’t have to worry about not getting a promotion because the boss doesn’t like you or not getting a raise because you don’t play the office politics game or you were late getting to work a few times.  When you are really ready to start on the journey to financial freedom you are ready to start working for yourself. There are lots of different career paths that you can follow on your journey to financial freedom that can be done from home.

Pick a career that you’re interested in or that you have experience in and chances are good that you can somehow spin that into a job that you can do from home.  Do you like to fix things? Start a repair business that you can run out of your home.  Are you great with kids? You could open a home daycare.

Do you have a background in customer service? You could become a virtual assistant or a virtual customer service rep for a large corporation.  The only way that you can fail on the journey to financial freedom is if you don’t take that step and strike out on your own.  You can stay in the same job for years, even decades, and not get any further along in your journey to financial freedom.

But if you work for yourself you can move down that path towards financial freedom at speeds you didn’t think were possible because you won’t have anyone holding you back or trying to stop your progress. In the past working for yourself meant coming up with a business plan and getting a small business loan and lots of other steps that were tedious and often were unsuccessful but these day technology has made it much easier to get started on that journey to financial freedom. You can set up a business as fast as you can set up a website and you can be making money and get started on the journey to financial freedom in under a week.

Lots of people would love to work for themselves and would love to take the journey to financial freedom but are scared to leave the security of their jobs even if those jobs don’t pay them enough to ever achieve real financial freedom. Are you one of those people that is too scared to invest in yourself and start the journey to financial freedom? If not, you should seriously consider a career change. If you work for yourself there is a much better chance that you’ll achieve financial freedom because you won’t have anything stopping you on the journey to financial freedom.

Yet while these email addresses are very valuable, do not abuse them! Be upfront about the frequency with which you send out emails! If you promise a weekly newsletter, make sure you follow up on that promise. Failure to deliver will translate into a lack of trust potential customers will have in your business. Conversely, if you promise a weekly email, do not send daily notices.

Utilizing the power of this kind of email list for your marketing efforts is highly valuable! You already have the names and contact information of qualified leads, and all you really need to do is find the product or deal to which they will respond.
